  • Managing outstanding debtors / Reconciliation of debtors accounts;
  • Annual renewal of organisation's Western Cape Government data base eprocurement system;
  • Reconciliation of PayFast account;
  • Month End: Allocating and securing Bank Statements on SAGE;
  • Managing Annual Leave schedule.
  • Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors accounts;
  • Creditor management and payments;
  • Invoicing and invoice processing;
  • Assisting with client / supplier enquiries;
  • Administrative duties (e.g. filing, office
- and meeting calendars);

  • Sales reporting

Qualifications:


  • Minimum qualification: St. 10/Grade 12 and 3 years' solid administrative and finance experience. (A relevant, tertiary qualification will be advantageous);
  • Extensive and administrative and financial experience;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent communication
- and organisational skills;

  • Computer literate (Solid Excel, PayFast and SAGE Pastel Accounting experience).
