We are seeking a recent graduate with sales and marketing experience to join our team as an intern in the sales and business development department. We need someone ambitious and highly motivated, willing to work on a commission basis to help expand the company and attract new clients. As an intern, you will receive a commission on top of a monthly stipend. Your main tasks will involve analyzing company portfolios and the market landscape.

Purpose

  • To oversee new businesses, market positioning, and market insights
  • Assisting business development managers in various capacities
  • Acquiring new clients and managing new accounts
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Providing effective sales support services for customer retention
  • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers or upselling to existing ones
  • Exploring cross-selling opportunities and enhancing customer relationships

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B lead generation and pre-qualification
  • Relevant degree, diploma, or certificate
  • Ability to handle objections and proactively achieve goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
