Description
Post Graduate Qualification in HR or equivalent- 10 years' experience in HR and exposure at a strategic level
- Experience within the FMCG environment
- Strong Industrial Relations knowledge
- Strong business acumen and able to deal with stakeholders at various levels.
- A good track record in the implementation of sustainable HR programmes
- Solid leadership skills and strategic HR insight
- Demonstrated ability to interact and influence senior individuals across the business.
