Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a
Cluster Revenue Manager for an exciting modern hospitality operation based in Cape Town. The role of a Cluster Revenue Manager is critical to optimizing revenue and maximizing profitability across multiple properties. This position involves overseeing revenue management strategies and implementing tactics that help the group achieve its financial objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
years professional knowledge and/or work experience

Minimum of 5 years in hospitality and shortterm rental experience
2 Years in a management position

Industry/related experience

Hotels and resorts or shortterm rental experience
Strong financial skills
You will be able to demonstrate a high level of agility in a demanding environment and be able to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
Exceptional project management skills will be considered fundamental together with a motivated and commercially astute approach.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multilevel member relationships.
Ability to effectively interpret and anticipate member needs and foresee problems and prevent them by acting efficiently.
Excellent time and task management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail.
Strategic thinking combined with the proven ability to move strategy to action.
Being comfortable in discussion forums; being able to represent ideas succinctly and convincingly.
Team building skills and proven track record.
