The Minimum Requirements is as follows:

  • Minimum 6 months uninterrupted international call centre experience (MUST HAVE MIN 6 MONTHS UNITERRUPTED INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE)....THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE
  • Brilliant command of the English language (I am looking for those agents that when I speak to you, I am unable to tell is if are from South Africa or not)
  • Matric or a NQF Level
  • No criminal record
  • South African Citizens
  • Ability to work rotational 9 hour shifts from 12pm in the afternoon to 9am the next morning including weekends / public holidays etc (you do get 2 days off)
  • Vibrant, energetic personalities that loves dealing with customers and has the ability to work under pressure
  • Stays within a 30km radius of Salt River as transport will be provided for the unsocialable hours
  • A minimum typing speed of 25wpms

Additional Information:


  • Training rate is R34phr + R500pm night shift
  • Golive rate is R37phr + R500pm night shift + Incentives
  • If you stay on the project for 3 months without staying away from work and no disciplinary hearings, you will be given a R2000 bonus on your 4th month

PLEASE NOTE, THE 6 MONTHS UNITERRUPTED 6 MONTHS INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE WITH BRILLIANT COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE

Salary:
R R37.00 per hour

  • Salt River,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

International Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)


Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (preferred)
