You are responsible for

  • Generating quotations in the SOFON quotation tool and uploading all orders into DMS and to the CFC
  • Sending out daily rate of exchange information to the commercial team
  • Preparing and printing out brochures and other documentation
  • Maintaining Philips registration in the Tender databases
  • Tender compilation
  • Liasing with the Regulator for install licenses ( SAPHRA and Directorate of Radiation Control)

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any equivalant degree
  • You must be a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%
  • Qualifications obtained post2021 will be preferred
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
  • Computer literacy
