National Diploma in Operations Management would be advantageous
A minimum of 5 years 'experience in an automotive environment related to warranty data with thorough knowledge of OEM model, options and systems.

Requirements:

Possess a detailed knowledge of warranty reporting systems and market research methods.
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Computer literacy to administer databases
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
Basic knowledge and general understanding of the manufacturing process in the Automotive Industry would be advantageous
