QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
  • Tertiary qualification or course in management is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a debt collection call center with at least 1 year leadership
experience in a 2IC role to Team Leader.

  • Basic knowledge of reporting services.
  • Understanding of the POPIA regulations.
  • Understanding of Debi check process.

Salary:
R10, R130,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Certificate (required)

Experience:

Debt Collection Call Centre: 5 years (required)

  • Leadership as 2IC: 1 year (required)
