Job Purpose

  • Leads marketing campaigns across the enterprise, works within allocated squads to deliver campaigns in the backlog of the enterprise. Formulate and manage the implementation of the marketing strategy and plan in support of the Nedbank's' business strategy.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage epics/campaigns as allocated by the Scrum master.
  • Ensure that Squad meets all the deadlines and milestones of the campaigns.
  • Oversee tasks; resources and internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant; timeous implementation of initiatives as per the signed off marketing plan.
  • Implement relevant marketing and communications in support of the CVP by using client and market insights.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and agree timing plans for each campaign.
  • Manage vendors and agency for timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Resolve any blockers or escalations in the squad.
  • Ensure that rituals and routines are adhered to for the campaign.
  • Post campaign analysis is completed and reviewed for best practices.
  • Manage the show and tell and walkthroughs for Pod Executive.
  • Budget management in accordance with budgets on the briefs.
  • Relationship management with Tribe leads and Traveling Experts.

  • Essential Qualifications
  • NQF Level
  • Qualification: Advanced Dipoma/ National 1st Degree
  • Field of Study: Post graduate qualification in Marketing and Communications or Commerce
  • Minimum Experience Level
  • Total number of years of experience: years
  • Management experience as part of the above years: 5 years
  • Type of experience: Managing integrated marketing campaigns; Brand management and PR; Leading others; Creating a marketing and communication plan
