The Benefits:

Salary of UP to R8500 (depending on experience).

Must have 34 years customerfacing experience, preferred in Collections/ Payments related role
Experience in Zendesk and Intercom (desired but not required)
You must be a critical thinker and customer centric
An excellent command of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, pace and voice clarity).
Exceptional communication skills.
Driven with a passion to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
Confident and engaging individual with the ability to build exceptional rapport with customers.
Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, profile customers and match products to individual needs.
Computer literate with the ability to 'type and talk'.
Target driven and selfmotivated in order to meet and exceed both team and individual project targets
