- 10 years' experience in Agriculture Credit and Finance Management
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Knowledge / Experience of compliance systems / tools
- Compliance Management Principles
- Knowledge of Compliance related legislation
- Knowledge of Business and Law Principles
- Business operations, business processes, management, budgeting and business office operations
- Accounting Principles
- Financial Analysis
- Customer Service Orientation
KPAs:
- Develop, implement and execute on an agricultural support service as aligned to the Organization's Corporate plan
- Support and represent the agricultural specialist function in relating to the formal credit assessment process
- Obtain all required information for reports
- Submit the reports to management as and when required
- Stakeholder relationship management
