Job Requirements

Requirements:

A senior Professional Nurse with an Honour's degree in Nursing, heath service administration or similar coupled with 7 years relevant experience.

A higher education management certificate will be an added advantage.

Duties:

Dedicated and capable Senior Professional Nurse to oversee the daily administrative operations of the clinic.
Manage day to day Nursing operations of the clinical area including coordination of patient care, individual and team supervision.
Administrative and budgetary management and resolving of problem areas.
Ensure adherence to Divisional / Departmental and university policies as they relate to nursing procedures, standard and practices.
Supervise consultations and advice other health professionals.
Provide a highquality service that is proactive, and solution focused and responsive to customer needs.
Coordinate Univen's participation in sectoral and national health development and programs.
