Accounts Clerk - Invoicing and Supplier Management

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts clerk to join our team.

If you have a passion for numbers, experience in invoicing, supplier management, and a strong background in accounting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing: Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile to delivery note books
Supplier Invoice Management: Receive, review, and process supplier invoices, ensuring all relevant documentation is in order.

Delivery notes:
Reconcile delivery notes to invoices

Run Monthly statements for customers and suppliers, recon and present to management.
Payment Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, both from customers and to suppliers.
Allocations: Accurately allocate payments to the appropriate accounts and invoices.
Manage stocktake and stock levels on Sage 100.
Sage 100: Proficiently use Sage 100 or similar accounting software for data entry and financial record keeping.
Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash transactions, maintain records, and reconcile petty cash on a regular basis.

This position serves as the cohesive force within the team and may frequently entail responsibilities beyond accounting functions that you'll be expected to undertake.
