Experience & Qualifications:


  • Matric
  • Understanding and use of recruitment portals: Job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Pnet, etc)
  • Experience on Applicant tracking systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • 5 years + experience as a Recruitment Administrator in a BPO contact centre environment

Responsibilities:


  • Assist Recruiter with the all coordination and administration related to notified and approved vacancies.
  • Ensure specified deadlines are adhered to
  • Provide continuous feedback to the Recruiter
  • Ensure all vacancies are advertised timeously and within recruitment procedures
  • Handle queries related to job advert from internal and external parties
  • Liaise with Service providers to ensure up to date information is provided
  • Resolve queries from Service providers timeously
  • Ensure that all the necessary paperwork is filed on the HRIS or according to the recruitment procedures
  • Ensures that applicant forms are completed accurately and filed.
  • Ensures fingerprint verifications are conducted accurately and paperwork filed.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews for the week.
  • Coordinates schedules with applicants and interviewers, creating calendars, sending interview confirmations, monitoring inboxes, and reconciling interview cancellations.
  • Assist with administering competency assessments
  • Ensures confidentiality when handling applicant information.
  • Process background checks to verify applicant information and ensure that the minimum recruitment criteria are met.
  • This may include contacting references, credit checks, qualification and criminal background checking.
