Fleet and Supply Chain client that is based in
Isando is seeking a skilled
Business Development Sales Officer to join their team.
Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Equivalent qualification
- Business Related Diploma/Degree
- Must have a valid driver's license
- At least 4 years solid sales experience, preferably in the
vehicle/fleet leasing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business development, revenue growth, managing and growing the order book and ensure client growth profitability.
- The business development sales executive will work closely with the executive team, pricing team, and other internal stakeholders to drive and execute company sales, business development and business intelligence strategies
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and reporting market and competitor data and intelligence to support the company's growing pipeline and strategic plan.
- To support and expand business growth through lead and network opportunities.
- To attract, develop and maintain new business.
- To prepare material and participate in customer presentations and engagements.
- To facilitate customer appointments.
- To create, build, grow, maintain good and solid customer relationships, and monitor customer satisfaction and act where appropriate.
Execution of Sales and Marketing Strategy - (Quote to Order Conversion Success Rate)
- Ability to prioritize, plan and executive projects associated with the company's marketing initiatives.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Ability to answer questions from customers in line with business requirements.
- Track, manage, monitor, and report on all quotes to order conversions.
Revenue Growth
- Set defined goals.
- Source new business through new clients and opportunities in the market.
- Grow the geographic reach.
- Create special incentives.
- Keep sales channels current.
Internal Service Levels between the Department and other Business Units (Department Objectives and Achievements)
- Monitor the service levels received from internal departments, turnaround times, accuracy and quality.
- Engage with departments to develop, improve, and implement strategies to boost productivity for all.
- Maintain a professional business relationship between departments.
- Provide regular customer feedback and promote innovation where required.
Forecast Accuracies
- Gather Information
- Understanding competitors, providing data to build and execute strong plans and strategies to grow into new market areas.
- Choose and Fit Models
- Build, grow, and maintain good and solid customer relationships through contract mastery and effective customer relations.
- Fix Objectives
- Decide what to forecast, determine the time frame, collect data prepare and present the forecast, evaluate, and review performance.
- Support reporting and dashboard requirements for the business, developing & reporting on metrics and KPIs.
- Use a data analytics approach to identify correlations to drive growth.
Salary:
R R35 000 per Month plus Commission
Salary:
R30, R35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
