SENIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK
A vacancy exists in the Pietermaritzburg office of a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors for a Senior Accounting Clerk to commence duties as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Cashbooks
- Payroll workings and submissions
- Individual tax computations
- Preparing Financial statement
- Preparation of Accounting files
- Overseeing Junior staff
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Preferably someone studying towards an accounting degree
- Any accounting experience will be an advantage
- Computer literate (intermediate level)
- Fluent in English, written and oral
Behavioural Competencies
- Must pay attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Willing to learn
