Experience & Qualifications:


  • Matric with relevant technical diploma or degree
  • Previous experience as a manager, team lead or supervisor

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Organize and manage the Field Support team, ensure that goals are clear and objectives are perceived as attainable
  • Provide necessary business information and updates to the team
  • Create and maintain channels to enable team members to do their work
  • Follow through on service calls to be completed within the required SLAs
  • Report team progress and decisions made to the service Director and concerned sales teams\
  • Give guidance to team members; assure that each member is productive and receives teambased recognition
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly analysis summary of the Field Service calls as well as data modelling and detailed reporting
  • Own, manage and support requests and escalations from the organization that are directed to the Field Service tea
