In line with their growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Consultant to join their team.


Functions:


  • Make or answer queries on behalf of the Scheme to fulfil member needs
  • Listen to and resolve member complaints
  • Provide access to information for members, potential members, and service providers
  • Handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Write complex sentences using proper punctuation
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, including questioning, probing, and listening
  • Demonstrate superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to write complex sentences, using proper punctuation, and using adjectives and adverbs.
  • Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)

Requirements:


  • Grade 1 1 year of call centre experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Problemsolving abilities
