As a leading service provider in quality assurance solutions, _Connect iQ_ based in Mount Edgecombe requires Quality assurance agents

  • Contact centre based.

_Purpose of the role:
_


  • To provide strategic direction and leadership to the business, and to embed a culture of innovation to ensure the client's growth and sustainability
  • The main objective is to ensure that the client remains at the forefront of quality assurance methodology and related technology
  • Proficient in the preparation and analysis of data and reports. Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of wider industry trends impacting relevant markets (mainly telecommunications and financial services) and clients
  • Analytical with the ability to identify trends and interpret efficiency measures to identify opportunities for improvement

_Requirements:
_


  • Clear criminal record
  • Matric
  • Preferably 1+ year experience of quality assurance related to contact centre experience
  • Have reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe
