Description

Analyze and understand the client's business processes, systems, and requirements to identify automation opportunities and provide recommendations for process improvements.


  • Design and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism or Power Automate.
  • Develop detailed process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and workflows, to support the development of RPA solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT, and management, to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
  • Train and mentor junior RPA developers and provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure timely delivery of RPA solutions.
  • Manage project risks and issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
  • Keep uptodate with the latest RPA technologies and trends and provide thought leadership and best practices to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support to RPA solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of RPA technologies and tools, including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or.
NET is a plus
