Your key
job responsibilities as the
Italian speaking Customer Support Consultant in
Cape Town, South Africa will include:

  • Training hoteliers in using their best advantage on all possible touchpoints
  • Proactively calling hoteliers to convince them of the added value of our additional paid features
  • Fun & productive collaboration with our other teams, specifically your Croatian teammates
  • Creating video & written content to teach our hoteliers all possible topics so they can use the system in the most selfsufficient way
Requirements for this
Italian speaking Customer Support Consultant job in
Cape Town, South Africa:

  • Must speak
    Italian on a native level
  • Hotel (frontdesk/reservations) experience
  • Patient and empathetic towards others, but naturally able to lead a conversation, deal with emotions, and not afraid to upsell
  • Motivated to work in a hightech, fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritisation abilities
  • Drive to revolutionise hoteliers worldwide
  • Selfmotivated & ability to deliver under pressure
  • Teamplayer
  • Organised and great eye for detail
  • Affection for both international business & tech
