We are seeking a Sales Representative - Tanks, for a permanent position based in East London, Eastern Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with 3+ years sales experience in a DIY/Trade environment and good knowledge of building materials

Proven ability to reach set sales targets and cold calling customer skills
***:

Computer literate with MS Office, including PowerPoint skills and good technical ability
***:

Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and willing to travel (EL, Qtn, KZN Border / surrounds)

Duties include, but not limited to:***-
Visiting retailers, hardware stores, wholesalers, agriculture retailers and water related contractors

Acquire market intelligence and analyze opposition
***:

Follow up on customers and establish new customer base
***:
-
Troubleshooting customer issues
***:
-
Weekly client training and attending of promotions
***:
-
Promote / introduce new products and general new clients via cold calling
***:

Product training and ensuring delivery thereof
***:
-
Management of client database and following up of leads
***:
-
Attendance of meetings and handling telephonic queries
***:
-
Adherence to monthly sales targets and CRM input
