We are in search of a dynamic and multi-talented individual to resume the role o Marketing Assistant.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and managing the schedule of marketing teams.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing marketing activities.

Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategies
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
Assisting with communication and administrative duties among different internal departments
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and nonfinancial information
Assisting with the distribution of company marketing materials
Monitoring all social platforms for trending topics, feedback, and opportunities
Maintain database of contacts
Monitor project related platforms to provide leads to the projects team
Monitor product compliance.
