Description

Team Management

  • Managing, mentoring, and training of staff
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of staff to ensure all service offerings are mastered.

Reporting

  • Gather data from relative sources
  • Clean/transform data
  • Load data into relevant systems/portals
  • Analyse and interpret data with high attention of detail
  • Define and develop new data analysis process
  • Pull weekly robot reports for range housekeeping requirements
  • Pull weekly required housekeeping or relevant reporting
  • General report assistance
  • Scope projects for automation

System Administration

  • Saving and processing of stock files for system uploads
  • Maintaining SharePoint folders save the work done for ease of access by all
  • Maintain system dates and backgrounds tasks ensure stock files are uploaded correctly and systems runs smoothly
  • Upload master files and site files
  • Maintain the master site and master file
  • Work closely with developers on testing and updates to systems
  • Complete testing of changes to our system before we deploy to live
  • Validate data on all systems
  • Management of an automated account where applicable

National Operations

  • Alert of new, closing, revamp, carnivals, or other store activities
  • Work with the relevant CRM on your accounts to ensure good understanding and support

Bosch

Aged stock tracking:

  • Overseeing capturing of aged stock returns back into Kwelanga
  • Overseeing the compiling of reports that go back to Bosch, per period
  • Uplifted
  • Missing
  • Display
  • Store refused uplift

Store visits (Massbuild, Makro, TT):


  • Check Perigee
  • Liaise with Ops where you notice that all cycles are not to standard

TT Invoicing:


  • Provide a list of stores visited versus targeted stores to ensure we hit target visits

Weekly feedback PPT's (Massbuild, Makro, TT):

  • Ensure that there is enough content to extract

Promotions:


  • Determining stores for promo
  • Liaising with Ops where necessary
  • Providing feedback and insights post promo

Makro BA Programme:


  • Track BA
  • T&A
  • Ensure relevant forms are in place and that they are filled in frequently
  • Track and report on sales for BA Stores

Speaker Cards:


  • Disseminating them to the relevant people (couriering to the regions where necessary)
  • Provide feedback to client on process of disseminating
  • Provide feedback to the client on execution instore
  • Attend monthly meetings

KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO DO THE JOB COMPETENTLY

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Post Matric certification would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Job Types:
Temporary, Permanent

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • CAM: 1 year (required)
