Description

Inkserv (Pty) Ltd requires a
Minutes Proof-reader on a freelance basis to work remotely and quality assure minutes of Board and Committee meetings. Due to the strict deadlines, the role is suitable for an unemployed individual.

Duties include:

Listening to audio recordings to ensure that discussions have been properly captured in the minutes, and that the minutes are a true reflection of the proceedings.
Checking for grammatical and textual errors in drafted minutes.
Filling in any words/sentences omitted by Minute Takers.
Ensuring that minutes and matters arising are formatted according to the client's specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of a Grade 12 (postmatric qualification will be an added advantage).
Word processing skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.

NB:
You will be required to sign a freelancing contract with Inkserv.

Rate:
A rate of R504 per audio hour is offered.
