Description
Experienced Call Centre Manager is required for a manufacturing/automotive company to manage and build a high-performance Call Centre of CLO's with a clear vision to provide world-class Inbound and Outbound CRM support.
Requirements:
Dip or Degree in Business Management
5 years management experience in a Call Centre environment
Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite)
Knowledge of SAP ERP Systems
CRM platforms (Salesforce advantageous)
Knowledge of BI Platforms
