R10 000 per month (TCTC)


We are looking for an analytical, tech savvy and high energy Customer Service Admin Clerk to assist in our client's Telesales Department.

The successful applicant will have excellent Customer Service skills and provide efficient customer service admin support to quality customer service.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Grade 12 / NQF equivalent
  • Certificate / tertiary qualification in Customer Relations Management or similar will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a FMCG or Chemical Processing Plant
  • Computer literate on MS Office

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Service:


  • Provide a telephonic customer service to assigned customer per rep allocation
  • Assist customer with over the phone issue resolution and escalate to relevant consultant
  • Ensure issues are resolved within the matrix time frame
  • Record keeping of all contact and feedback
  • Reporting documentation to be completed per Matrix
  • Assist on Adhoc projects for Customer Service Campaigns
  • Customer Service for customers prompt ordering
  • Administration
- weekly sales, order tracking and site survey monitoring


Retail Administration:


  • Checking on stores that have not ordered for the month yet and prompt to order
  • Update & sharing of Eastern Cape stores order schedule
  • Monthly calls to stores to prompt ordering
  • Request monthly update on stores to update retail file indexes new & closed accounts
  • Follow up on late order complaints/ delivery enquiries received
  • Assist with Retail quote required

Sales Administration:


  • Compliance with all policies and procedures and work systems
  • Minutes
  • Weekly submissions of registers and weekly duties report
  • Monthly capturing on all Non conformances, trainings & repairs
  • Monthly merging of duplicate accounts
  • Regular auditing of completed hygiene checks & training registers
  • Daily last visits analysis
  • Monthly downloading of completed forms for reporting
  • Monthly liaison with accounts and finance on new ship address/ accounts to ensure conformity of capturing
  • Food Service & Retail Hygiene Daily Hygiene Checks & Electronic Filing
  • Food Service & Retail Operations Manuals production thereof, and monitoring return of signs receipt forms

General:


  • Adhoc projects
  • Assist with the arrangement of wellness initiatives
  • Drafting and implementation of Health awareness calendar and related events
  • Assist with general administration and tasks as determined by operational requirements
  • Assist as a relief on switchboard as per monthly schedule
  • Assist with the drafting and distribution of Newsletter
