Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the management of the housekeeping team to ensure flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and backofhouse spaces.
Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daytoday operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Training and developing housekeeping staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Contributing to the overall success and reputation of the hotel as a premier destination for local and international guests.

Key Requirements:

Proven senior managerial experience in the luxury hospitality industry, particularly within 5star hotels.
A track record of leadership and excellence in maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Experience with onsite laundry operations is highly desirable.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a dedication to upholding the values and ethos of the hotel.
