What we are looking for
You will need good communication skills and a professional demeanour.

You will need a fine eye for detail and you must be able to work in a highly pressurised environment; and you must have the confidence to say no and only commit to realistic timeframes and outcomes.

Required Duties

Objective: Ensure every vehicle is delivered on time and in the condition that meets the GW quality standard (hence client expectation) for the vehicles relevant tier classification
Inspect and quality control reconditioning work to ensure that it meets brand standards
Coordinate, plan and schedule vehicle deliveries with the service providers
Coordinate, plan and schedule vehicle deliveries with the sales department
Ensure all vehicles have a valid roadworthy
Complete and compile getWorth predelivery checklist as evidence of quality control
Generate progress reports to give to sales department
Make quick decisions using sound judgement that is fair and rationale
Work independently and is highly detail orientated
Strong admin & multitasking skills if you cannot multitask and reprioritise quickly this role is not for you
Someone that enjoys being the first to work and last to leave

General Expectations

Provide an 11 star customer service experience (convenient, transparent, professional)
Continuously assess and challenge the systems and processes to improve these
Ability to work well within a team environment
Take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your work

Minimum requirements

Categorised: Operational role
EE Applicants given preference
Grade 12 plus a minimum of 5 years work experience in a vehicle detailing, quality control or retail delivery environment
Beneficial: Vehicle technical qualifications or experience
Valid Driver's license (code 08) and own transport
English spoken and written
