Description

HR Business Partner with HRM Degree and preferably a Post Graduate qualification and minimum 5 years' operational HR experience required to provide specific functional services in a section of the HR Department.


Minimum requirements:


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or similar essential
  • Post Graduate qualification in HR / Management highly beneficial
  • 5 Years' operational Human Resources experience essential, preferably in a technical environment

Responsibilities:


  • Manage own performance
  • Recruitment and selection as per budget to meet business targets
  • Assist in managing all IR and ER queries
  • Develop employees through training, coaching, mentoring and offer advice and guidance to ensure ongoing development
  • Assist in change management process
  • Provide leadership and uncompromising standards of ethical conduct and respect
  • Assist in plan of labour requirements ensure correct skills and number of employees are on site to satisfy operational requirements
  • Ensure implementation of company's policy regarding recruitment, review, disciplinary process and termination is followed
  • Monthly and annual reports
  • Assist in management of staff performance
  • Implement policies, procedures and systems to improve procurement activities
  • Assist Line Managers with strategic HR Management
  • Ensure talent management process and policies are implemented
  • Workforce planning
  • Assist in learning and development of staff content design, implementation and feedback
  • Oversee performance management
  • Assist HR Manager in performance setting, training and feedback to staff
  • Employee wellness implementing activities and projects
  • Assist in organizational design recommend structure changes to department heads
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Special Project Management
