Butchery Supervisor - East London, South Africa - Abantu Staffing Solutions
Description
This management role will see you maintain a well-run butchery, manage stock levels, budgets, staff and quality standard, as well as implement value-added promotions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements / Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role at a butchery
- Computer skills and experience preparing reports
- The ability to evaluate employee performance
- Previous experience planning and establishing work schedules
Previous experience working in a Halaal butchery a distinct advantage:
- Weekend work required
