Description
We are looking for an energetic & dependable Internal Sales Coordinator for our division based in Brackenfell.


Requirements:


  • Grade 12. Further qualification will be an advantage
  • Customer orientated & have experience in dealing with customers
  • Computer literacy, with good Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail & focused on accuracy
  • The ability to plan & prioritize effectively
  • Be able to work independently & use initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous Glass industry knowledge will be advantageous

Responsibilities:


  • Receiving & processing of customer orders
  • Send customer sales order confirmation within 24hrs of receipt of order
  • In conjunction with Sales Representative, handle & process product enquiries / quotations & send to customers
  • Liaise with customers & develop good relationships with them
  • Assisting sales team by providing then with certain information
  • Liaison with planning department to follow up on all customer orders
  • Liaise with debtors to assist with customer related queries
  • Liaise with stock & logistics departments to assist with planning of deliveries & collections
  • Deal with customer complaints in line with procedure
  • Filing of all customer orders & sales related documents
