A digital marketing agency is looking for someone who will be instrumental in managing daily business functions, partner relationships, lead flows, and reporting, playing a pivotal role in the team's success and business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass partner management, lead flow management, report generation, and facilitating communication between teams, working closely with the Operations Director to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication throughout the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing partner relationships and ensuring timely lead delivery.
Handling data files and database cleaning.
Sending reports to suppliers and tracking lead volumes.
Handling adhoc tasks such as lead reconciliations and system checks.
Managing optedout leads and conducting test leads.
Compiling feedback from sales calls and monitoring call centre operations.
Updating user journey templates for new clients.
Achieving 90100% of lead delivery targets per month.
Monetising leads effectively.
Handling optouts promptly for compliance.
Ensuring secure handling of data for compliance purposes.
Timely delivery of reports to suppliers as per agreements.

Requirements:

Relevant degree
2-3 years of experience in an admin role
Ambitious with a strong growth mindset
Excellent communication skills and a people's person
Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Drive
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Highly driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Advantageous:
Experience in digital marketing
Residing in Cape Town
Operational experience
