Zone Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, responsible and goal-driven individuals to fill our vacancies of a Receptionist/Front Desk Operator at our Parow Club:


PERFORMANCE STATEMENT:


The Receptionist/Front Desk Operator must ensure that all members/non-members receive the best service possible and that all duties are performed to the best of her/his ability and according to the company's standard policies and procedures.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • At least 2 years working experience as a receptionist would be an advantage.
  • Strong customer service approach.
  • Professional and wellgroomed appearance.
  • Ability to promote a healthy and fit company image.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Friendly, clear and confident communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Diplomacy in handling irate or difficult clients.
  • Numeracy skills.
  • Computer literacy

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From R27,58 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week


Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
