- _10+ Years' experience in the Clothing Manufacturing / CMT industry, of which in a similar position within woven and knit_
- _Reporting to Director/Financial Manager_
- _Manage and run 1,500m2factory_
- _Proven track record in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary & multi-cultural team_
- _Excellent interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Business awareness with strong customer focus_
- _Critical thinking and problem-solving skills_
- _Good motivational and strong negotiation skills_
- _Exceptional organizational skills_
- _Hands on factory experience with sound production knowledge_
- _CMT Ladieswear_
- _Full understanding and knowledge of scorecards, production timelines, quality, etc._
- _National Bargaining Council and Union knowledge_
- _HR general knowledge (Managing employees)_
- _Must be able to do line balancing_
- _Have experience on quality management for the chain stores_
- _Knowledge of work study_
