Role Summary

The AML administrator role will provide administrative assistance to the AML team to support to a wide range of existing fund clients

.
Key Responsibilities

Review, analysis and requesting of AML documentation;
Review documentation received against procedures and complete AML checklists for second approval;
Conduct Screening on all clients and review to identify True hits;
Review any investors which are/or have positive matches to sanctions lists and escalate through the appropriate channels;
Organisation of all investor AML documents, recording to AML system and proper file maintenance as established in AML procedures including creating and updating physical and soft copy investor files;
Manage workload and ensure all corporate and client deliverables are met;
Ensure a professional relationship is maintained with clients and investors at all times;
Completion of timely and ongoing follow up for outstanding AML documentation;
Monthly client reporting of outstanding AML documentation and ensure the accurate and timely delivery to clients;
Actively collaborating with colleagues;
Ad hoc tasks / Project work as required;
Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.
Skills / Experience 2 + years AML experience; 2 + years experience in the Financial Services Industry in particular the investment fund industry and its regulatory framework;
Knowledge of compliance and regulation within the Financial Services Industry;
Motivated and driven;
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
Strong organizational and administrative skills;
Ability to multitask, prioritize work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines.
