The Feedem Group's shareholders include RMB Corvest, Agile Capital as well as Management, and we are embarking on an aggressive expansion plan, nationally.
A vacancy has arisen in one of our contracts in Cape Town for Front of House Administrator to join our expanding team.
Key areas of responsibility will be:
- Matric
- A tertiary qualification in hospitality very beneficial
- At least 1year Hospitality experience in a receptionist/front of house role
- Sound knowledge of Guesthouse Operations
- Excellent Customer Relations
- Computer Literate
- Fluent in MS Office with exposure to Point of sale
- Excellent command of the English Language (verbal & written)
- Afrikaans beneficial.
- High level of telephone etiquette & excellent allround communication skills
- Energetic, Fit and Healthy
- Hands on, helping in every aspect
- Professional and well groomed
- Polite and friendly
- Must thrive on guest relations
