Nutun could be looking for you. We have an exciting new opportunity for Team Leader in our in Sandton Branch.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the day-to-day management of a team, in a manner that is in line with excellent service delivery.

Coaches the team to ensure quality of delivery meets the appropriate standard. Communicates information in a timely, accurate and understood manner to all team members. Ensure that all Business policies and procedures are observed.

What are we looking for?

Must have a strong Telecommunication background


Should be a people manager who can inspire people to succeed where there is constant change and an environment that is process and customer experience driven.


Able to confidently build strong relationships with all internal and external functions where necessary and provide value add solutions to our clients.

Experience in working within a Customer Service, Sales, Technical, Collections or Retentions environment will be beneficial.

Must be innovative and proactive with a "can do" attitude


Must be resilient and have emotional intelligence to be able to handle team and customer emotions in a service and sales industry where interruption is common.


  • At least 1 year of TL experience
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Credit and Criminal Clear.
  • Previous experience within Communication industry is advantageous.
Salary - Negotiable.
