Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Manage day to day maintenance

Managing all maintenance on Red Rabbit

Managing Entry, Interim and Exit inspections

Handling all holding deposits for Exit inspections

Payments of Invoices to Suppliers

Constant liasing with maintenance contractors

Co-ordinate Emergency maintenance

Manage owner and tenant queries

Administration of all these tasks

Any other reasonable tasks

Any reasonable instruction given from time to time associated with your position

Grade 12

Experience in the property industry would be an advantage

Computer literate

Time Management Skills is a necessity.

Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Ability to work under pressure

Good administrative skills
