DEBT REVIEW AND DEBT REPAIR AND MEDIATION

Selling
Debt review, Debt repair, Debt mediation and achievement of sales targets and objectives within tight business disciplines and processes.

Identifying new creative means of achieving sales/campaign goals (within compliance regulations). Ensure compliance to process and procedures to minimize business risk. Keep abreast of modern technology and processes being implemented within the area. Working towards achievement of sales targets within a diverse team. Quality management of all outputs, with the end customer in mind Optimal operational efficiencies must be maintained.

Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational.

Action leads and updating of leads status.

Requirements:

Matric,
Contact Centre Experience

- 'minimum 2 years.

Customer service & sales target with commission
Debt counselling or consolidations a MUST
Debt review, Debt repair, Debt mediation a MUST
Must have experience reaching sales targets.

Must have proven sales record of accomplishment.

Strong level of computer literacy (including MS Office) to interface with multisystem technology.
No criminal record, no ITC,
Passed numeric and verbal reasoning key behavioral.
High level sales ability and negotiation,
Stress tolerance,
Tenacity,
Resilience

Self
