Essential Requirements

Evidence of research and postgraduate supervision and at least one year applicable practical, teaching and research experience.
Ability to communicate complex or conceptual ideas to those with limited knowledge and understanding.
Develop an expert reputation in the field of Technology in Education.
Evidence of teaching at university level especially on creative concept designs, utilising free hand sketches to communicate engineering concepts and functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop research agenda, publish in accredited scholarly journals, and secure external funding to support research and postgraduate students.
Supervision of postgraduate students to completion.
Contribute to the values of the school: teaching excellence, inclusivity, digital innovation, student success, etc.
Contribute to the development and teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Coordinate courses and programmes in the school including participating in committees.
An ability and willingness to work in teams.
