Job Purpose:

The HRIS & Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the HRIS software for the organization.

This includes overseeing data related to employees, analyzing HR data to identify trends, and developing strategies for improving HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and conduct diagnostic tests.
Analyze HRIS data and generate insightful reports for management.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement system enhancements.
Lead and develop a team of data analysts.

Education and Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HRIS & Analytics Manager role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR database administration, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, R, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, SAS).

Knowledge and Skills:

Proven work experience in HRIS management and data analysis.
Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
Advanced proficiency in database management, running SQL queries, and documentation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problemsolving skills.

Experience and Training:

The incumbent should have experience in solving operational and technical problems within HRIS, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and making tactical operational decisions.

Competencies:

The incumbent should demonstrate professionalism, customer service obsession, innovation, collaboration, self-drive, and a focus on continual learning.
