Reporting to:
Managing Director

Purpose:

To ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of Capsicum Culinary Studio and IIE School of Hospitality and Service Management brands in terms of its facilities, staff, growth of the business (sales), overall finances and student service delivery.


Previous hospitality/culinary experience ideal

Key Results:


  • Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets
  • Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management
  • Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus
  • To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and excellence
  • Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students' achievements correlate with the expectations from industry
  • Manage performance of Campus staff
  • Ensure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supported
  • Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus

Requirements:


  • 3 year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing
years' experience in management activities of a small to middle size company

  • Proven track record in growing sales of a business
