Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior management team, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Manage the daytoday operations of the business, ensuring smooth running of all processes and procedures.
- Work closely with our recruitment associates to support them from a technical perspective.
- Managing relationships with external suppliers.
- Work with the CEO to create and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Undertake project management responsibilities for various company initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in both executive support and operations management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a solutionsfocused approach to problemsolving.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using project management tools an advantage.

09:00 - 18:00 UK Time
