Responsibilities:


  • Deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Serve as the interface between the customer and various departments
  • Employ consistent troubleshooting techniques to promptly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Adhere to escalation procedures as necessary
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve daytoday customer experiences
  • Undertake miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 12 years customer service experience, preferably in the BPO sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service.

Salary:


  • R27 000 CTC per month
