Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Exclusive large 5* Game Lodge Hoedspruit - Limpopo

High occupancy Lodge, with capacity of 120 Guest,

Duties, responsibility and requirements:
Assist F&B Manager in her/his absence of work, completing duties as head of department.

Strong leadership qualities with an eye for detail

Ensure efficient operation of assigned F&B service outlets

Ensure Employees in department are trained, managed and critical human resource administration are kept up to date.

Ensure full focus in cost control and minimum stock loss.

Ensure smooth running of service per departmental standards and requirements

Assist/ Manage the health and safety requirements of department

Strong overall knowledge and experience in kitchen, bars as well as function requirements.

Knowledge of SA wines beneficial.

2-3 Years working experience in similar role

Hospitality diploma or certificates will be a value add for consideration

Lodge has a new 180 seater dining room with more multiple venue's to come in 2023.

with a high tempo service and refined offerings.

Package:

Salary R R 20 000
Full live-in Staff Accommodation, meals, uniform included.

Three week-on and one week off working base schedule

Experience and knowledge will determine salary bracket
