Main Responsibilities

Talent Administration -Provide all recruitment administration support of appointments.

Ensure all references are carried out wholly and timeously as per the TA Officer or TA Assistant Manger's request. Ensure MIE checks are captured on the system as per the TA Officer or TA Assistant Manger's request. Prepare interview packs for interviews.

Provide first line support to Graylink (e-Recruitment System) users.

Manage building and canteen access and process.


Budget Administration

  • Process resourcing invoices
  • Update and monitor all spend for the Resourcing division by maintaining the Budget Tracker.
  • Deal with all Resourcing suppliers regarding payments and terms of business.
  • General administration and ad hoc responsibilities.

Reporting

  • Reporting and data management (Graylink).

Graduate Recruitment

  • Coordinate teams for the various fairs.
  • Manage flight bookings, hotel accommodation and car hire for employees travelling.
  • Manage the courier of supplies to the various fairs.
  • Liaison with the various Universities regarding booking and payment for the fairs.
  • Administration related to Management trainees.

Assessments

  • Process Assessment requests online (TTS & Bioss).
  • Scheduling of Assessment feedback sessions.
  • Maintain and update Assessment Tracker on the shared drive.
  • Maintain Assessment Report database on the shared drive.
  • Process Assessment Invoices for Group, Consumer, and client.

Customer Relationships

Internal:

CL, CU, DL and DU Managers/ Executives


External:


  • Head Hunters / Agencies

Team Support
Assist the TA team with all administrative functions.


Education and Qualification

  • A completed 3 year qualification in Human Resources or related qualification.
years' experience in a recruitment specific role.

Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
