Internal Sales / Admin Manufacturing

Johannesburg West, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa

Krugersdorp. You will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships between your allocated customers and the company. You will be required to assist clients with their required quotes and orders. You will be required to have a basic understanding of reading drawings. Facilitate the entire sale process from initiation of the original call through to delivery to payment. Provide reports on internal sales activity monthly.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • A qualification in marketing and/or sales management will be advantageous.
  • 23 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • The clients are very Afrikaans, Afrikaans is essential.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong phone skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Strong communication skills
  • Being handson
