Description
Prepare, implement and review the marketing strategy for the overall Galencia purpose brand

  • Manage the marketing team through strategic leadership
  • Creative vision and ability to adapt and bring the company visions and culture to life
  • Lead daytoday channel management and operation including community management, copywriting, and content publishing across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube)
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure 360degree campaign implementation
  • Fuel brand strategy by conducting market and social media trend and competition analysis.
  • Monitor and direct daily operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met in term of sales targets and KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Competitor analysis and strategy planning.

Requirements:


  • At least 35 years marketing experience in similar role
  • Experience with Traditional Marketing, content marketing, communications, and PR.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing
  • Videography, photography and excellent editing skills
  • Website monitoring and reporting
  • Event set up experience
  • Own car and license
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Property marketing experience
