CX + UX + UI Designs: 1 year


FTC:
Banking

  • Work with
    CX, UX and UI designers to develop messaging and micro copy for app and web user journeys, chatbots, notifications, mailers, infographics, and videos.
  • Drive vision for product language and content across customer journeys.
  • Identify and articulate problematic moments in user flows with the goal of raising the
    CX:
  • Define and document standards, patterns, principles and processes to establish a unified approach to communications.
  • Drive alignment on style, voice, and tone across channels.
  • Collaborating with multidiscipline practitioners and project stakeholders.
  • Presenting work to stakeholders and managing good relationships with them.
  • Manage projects and copy requests from across the enterprise, prioritizing tasks, managing approvals, and tracking time spent.
  • Influence and adapt to stakeholder feedback.
  • Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives, and values.
  • Stay abreast of developments in field of expertise.

Minimum requirements and experience:


  • Certification in
    UX Writing, Content Strategy,
    UX or Design
  • 3 years in Digital Copywriting

  • Networking and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General IT operational experience.
  • Multiple operating systems. Application programs, Operating Systems, IT infrastructure and system analysis.
